Valentine's Day

Dad called Peggy and asked if she wouldn't go with him to put some flowers out for Mom.  Of course, she said yes.  Such a few short months, yet it seems forever ago at times.  Soon the grass will green up and grow, the earth will be halfway around the sun and the process of grieving, so new for us, will come to resemble the feelings of million and billions of other sons and daughters.  Ours will be tempered however, by the sure knowledge of the plan of salvation (lately pushed as the plan of happiness) and that more and better await not only our mother but all of us.  She is but doing what she as always done:  making things ready for her family when it is our turn, and catching up on the doings of the family already there.  (Throw in a good word now and then for the rest of us, mom!).

Thanks Peggy for doing that. I really appreciate what you and John do for Dad.
