Troop 363 walked away with the Royce Young Award last Wednesday evening at the Paria River District Scout Recognition night. Ten of the fifteen troops in our district were represented at the event .
The award was instituted about 10 years ago as an incentive to put the 'outing' in Scouting and named in honor of Royce Young, a long-time scouter. This is the third time our troop has won the award.
