Why Hammers Should Be Registered
...and entered into a national database for easy identification in case one is used in the commission of a crime. We should also require background checks before any hammer is sold, including a mental history report. They should only be sold through hardware stores that have a FHL (Federal Hammer License) that will be incredibly difficult to procure and expensive to maintain, and require 134 sheets of paper forms for each hammer sold.
As far as hands, feet, and fists, well, you know my hands are already registered weapons!
