Typical Spello street. In the background Peggy and Shelly are talking to one of Shell's many friends.
My Italian counterparts. They were closed.
At the foot of the hill are the remains of the ancient Roman forum of Spello.
Just before we left Spello for Rome, we visited an olive oil factory. This particular facility was a co-op, owned by local olive growers. They start processing in late October and Peg bought the first bottle of new oil of the season!
The end product!
